About the Sistema Flot®.
The Sistema Flot® allows you to combine the elegance of the stone material to practicality and flexibility in outdoor use.
As with every raised floor, the Sistema Flot® foresees a walking surface placed on polypropylene structures: a flexible solution that is perfectly adaptable to any context.
Beauty does not rule

The outdoor Sistema Flot® combines aesthetics and relevant technical features, in both laying and functionality: the ideal solution for terraces, pool-sides, internal courtyards, furnished gardens and walkable roofs where it improves thermal insulation during hot periods thanks to the ventilation under the floor.
There is also the possibility to perform the laying overlapping an old floor, without having to carry out any sort of demolition.

The outdoor Sistema Flot® is made up by a surface finishing element, a reinforcing support and supporting structure:
- The surface finish covering is made up by marble, granite or cluster plates with the possibility to create polished, brushed, hammered, micro-hammered, sandblasted and water-blasted surfaces.
- The internal support system is made up by a small composite panel that creates an entirely customized system.
- The outdoor structure is made up by a polypropylene support that is entirely recyclable and resistant to temperatures that go from -30°C to +120°C, acids and U.V. aging.
Laying and adjustment:
practicality also plays its part.
With the Sistema Flot®, laying becomes a simple , quick and clean process, thanks to the supports above the waterproofing membrane or any other surface meant to be paved.
Support formats
The outdoor structure is made up by a polypropylene support that is entirely recyclable and resistant to temperatures that go from -30°C to +120°C, acids and U.V. aging. The classification of the feet is done according to the following types:
SE supports from 0 to 14 allow for a millimeter adjustment range from a minimum of 28 mm and a maximum of 550 mm. The great advantage is that the millimetric adjustment can be done from above after the laying of the plates, as long as the grout is wider than 4 mm (the key can be inserted in the grout). If, for aesthetic purposes, you decide on the 2 mm grout, you have to raise one of the four plates that lay on the foot and intervene with the same key.
NM supports from 1 to 5 allow for an adjustment range from a minimum of 25 mm and a maximum of 270 mm. Even in this case, the millimetric adjustment can be done from above after the laying of the plates as long as the grout is wider than 4 mm (the key can be inserted in the grout). The slope can be compensated by using the TW 110 disc with a 1% step.
PRIME® supports represent an innovation in their sector: they can cover all heights that go from 30 mm to 420 mm with only three products, significantly simplifying the laying processes, given that the support provided is already assembled.
Star.T is the solution able to satisfy the requirements of smaller footprints, since its height can be adjusted from 10 mm to 30 mm.

Adjustment key
Key for the adjustable support of a reinforced raised pavement, for millimetric regulation even with a previously laid floor.
Spacer perimeter
The perimeter spacer avoids contact between the plates and the perimeter wall in outdoor raised pavements. It’s entirely made in stainless steel, equipped with a shock absorber for longitudinal and transversal dilatations and a safe coupling to allow a linear and elegant perimeter joint, while providing stability to the raised floor.
Plate raiser
It’s a tool essential for removing or moving a plate that has already been laid. It can be inserted in 4 mm grouts and it’s easy to grip and use. Simply insert the utensil in the grout and rotate it by 90°; at this point the plate will rise up with minimal effort.
Weather is no longer a matter of fear.
Being dry-installed, the outdoor Sistema Flot® allows you to obtain an empty space between the walking surface and the supporting surface, making it possible to eliminate the damage caused by frost, rising damp and thermal shocks that affect other types of flooring subject to the consequences of frost and thaw cycles.
Uniformity and flatness.
With the Sistema Flot®, laying becomes a simple, quick and clean process. The supporting structure differs from the indoor flooring for its material, polypropylene and rubber, making it corrosion-resistant.
The installation is even throughout the entire surface, eliminating unattractive splicing joints; flatness is guaranteed by the fact that the water draining slopes are made on the slab.
For a maintenance without breakage.
The space between the walking surface and the supporting surface allows for the passage of any kind of plants and pipes, enabling inspection without the need to demolish, simply by raising and repositioning the surface panels.
A substantial technology,
in only 20 mm.
Thanks to Ganmar’s systems it is possible to obtain panels as slim as 20 mm that combine lightness to strength and stability; in addition, support elements ensure optimum release. Their extreme lightness makes them suitable to use even where floors have a limited load bearing capacity.
