Around 95% of agglomerated marble consists of natural stone (marble) grit and the remaining 5% of polyester resin – used as a binding agent - and a minimal percentage of colouring pigments. The natural stone grit is vacuum-mixed to the resin and then treated with a complex method so as to obtain a homogenous block, which can then be processed in the same way as a natural stone block for applications such as window sills, flooring and stair coverings.
Bonded marble offers all the advantages of the appearance of beautiful natural stone, removing the disadvantages it presents and optimising its use: given its improved technical performance, agglomerated marble can be processed with large formats and reduced thickness.
Bonded stone boasts countless advantages:
-    because it is produced industrially, the technical parameters and high quality remain unchanged;
-    even in the case of large quantities, colours and structure are homogenous;
-    colours can be personalised according to customers’ needs;
-    it can be used in large formats with reduced thicknesses;
-    maintenance is easy and economical.
