Around 95% of marble-cement agglomerate consists of natural stone (marble) grit and the remaining 5% of cement – used as a binding agent - and a minimal percentage of colouring pigments.
The natural stone grit is vacuum-mixed with cement and water.
It is then treated with a complex method so as to obtain a homogenous block, which can then be processed in the same way as natural stone and used for applications such as window sills, flooring and stair coverings.
The chromatic effects vary depending on the colour of the grit and the mixture used. The grit is mainly of two sizes: 0/7 mm for the finest and 0/25 mm for the thickest.
Bonded stone boasts countless advantages:
-    because it is produced industrially, the technical parameters and high quality remain unchanged;
-    even in the case of large quantities, colours and structure are homogenous;
-    colours can be personalised according to customers’ needs;
-    it can be used in large formats with reduced thicknesses;
-    maintenance is easy and economical.
