The FLOT system is undoubtedly a modern, functional technique in the field of raised floors. This system consists of modular, adjustable supports that can easily and safely fit to any kind of floor. To obtain the finished panel it is necessary to combine the polyurethane resins and the finishing surface covering (20/30 mm thickness) in an appropriately-shaped galvanised steel chamber.

This system makes laying easy, quick and clean. The frame for indoor use and for outdoor use differ both in terms of the shape and in the material they are made of: for outdoor use is made of PVC and is entirely corrosion-resistant(not suitable for indoor use as it is fire resistance class I), while the frame for indoor use is made of galvanised steel.

The FLOT system is without doubt the best solution for customers, due to the quality of the material and the services that we can guarantee, such as designing, advice, service and assistance:
-    designing: we provide the data and certifications of the products necessary for correct sizing;
-    advice: our staff will visit the building site to check the conditions (floor levelness, modularity of installations) and to carry out a survey. Upon request, we can lay out the position of the feet on the ground so that the installers can correctly place the grooves without overlapping;
-    service: our aim is to provide a finished product laid by skilled workers, thus taking special care of each detail and ensuring the material suffers no damage during the installation process: for instance, we consider it very important to cover the floor, while today on many building sites this is not done properly, if indeed at all. We know from experience how crucial it is to raise awareness among the operators who will be working there after laying;
-    assistance: we ensure that our staff will be available after laying the floor for any kind of work that needs carrying out.
Our materials can be pre-treated with some special products - stain-resistant, shock-resistant and protective that can preserve the covering over time (see the “Treatments” section for further information).
