For outdoor use

The FLOT system is also ideal for outdoor paving, as it provides an easy and functional solution to some common problems:
-    easy, quick and clean laying (no need for a bed)
-    resistance to humidity and frost
-    it is no longer necessary to lay a second protective cement membrane over the bed
-    uniform, flat laying over the whole surface, thus avoiding unattractive separation joints; the tiles can be laid with a 2/5-mm joint and a flat surface is ensured by the drainage slopes being built in the floor
-    as there are no settling times, there is no risk of water leaking into the bed, the surface coming away or saline efflorescence
-    easy maintenance procedures if required: the FLOT system allows work to be carried out on the protective membranes or floors by simply lifting the panels by hand, thus avoiding demolition and repair costs
-    it is possible to place or inspect the pipes and cables even after the flooring has been laid  
-    the flooring can be laid on top of an existing floor
-    in the case of terraces or treadable roofs, it allows underfloor ventilation, thus improving heat insulation in the warm seasons.
